Andy would start inside of row 8 to start the A-main which 20 cars would start out of a field of 36 cars on night one Andy would advance to finish in the 14th position in a highly competitive field.

Night number two started out with Andy Jones drawing the 16 pill to put him outside front row in heat one. Andy would end up passing Chuck Swenson on lap one going into turn 3 and would lead all 8 laps to pick up his first ASCS heat race win. Andy's luck would continue when he drew the number 2 pill in the redraw for the A-main which would place him on the outside of the front row in his third ASCS feature race of his career Andy would race with some of the to 360 drivers this night and would battle for position with the likes of Brian Brown Robby Wolfgang Danny Lasoski and Jack Dover. Andy would end up finishing in 9th place in a field of talented drivers. (39 Sprint would be in the pits on night 2)
