Bryant Excited to Return to Racing This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – THE WOODLANDS, Texas (July 19, 2016) – Tommy Bryant is rested, refreshed and eager to get back to racing.

Bryant recently took a family vacation following his first run in the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour Sizzlin’ Summer Speedweek and after having a couple of weeks off he is “excited” to climb back aboard the SawBlade.com backed Cooper Motorsports machine.

“Vacation was great, but I really want to get back to the track,” he said. “I think this team has a lot to prove over the next couple of months. I can’t thank James and Richard Cooper enough for the opportunity they have given me and to my crew guys, Austin and Frank, for all their hard work. Now it’s time for me to reward them with the finishes they deserve.”

Bryant is also excited to get back to two tracks where he has had strong runs. He will compete at the 15th annual Summer Nationals with the ASCS Gulf South Region on Friday at the Heart O’ Texas Speedway in Waco, Texas, and on Saturday at the Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas.

“These are two tracks we run very well at,” he said. “We’ve got a third and a fourth in Waco and at Cotton Bowl we came from nearly missing the show, we were the last transfer car, to one of the fastest cars on the track in the feature.”

Bryant enters this weekend’s doubleheader ranked third in the ASCS Gulf South Region standings.
