    Sherman Shines in Hank Arnold Memorial Finale!
    TUCSON, Ariz. (September 5, 2010) – Two-time American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region champion Jeremy Sherman picked off his second series win of the year by topping Sunday night’s Hank Arnold Memorial finale at USA Raceway.

    Sherman climbed from the tenth starting position to snare his 28th career ASCS Canyon Region triumph, vaulting from fourth to second in the series points chase in the process.

    R.J. Johnson Tops Hank Arnold Memorial Night One
    TUCSON, Ariz. (September 4, 2010) – R.J. Johnson collected his third American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region feature win of the year by topping Saturday’s opening night of the annual Hank Arnold Memorial at USA Raceway.

    The Phoenix shoe advanced from fourth to take top honors in the 30-lapper aboard the Mountain Valley Performance Ford-powered Michael Brothers No. 77m Sherman chassis with Stevie Sussex, Charles Davis, Jr., Mike Martin and Chris Bonneau rouding out the top five.

    Sherman Shines at The PAS!
    PERRIS, Cal. (July 17, 2010) – Jeremy Sherman snapped an American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region victory drought dating back to the latter portion of 2008 by sweeping through Saturday night’s card at Perris Auto Speedway.

    The two-time series champion from Surprise, AZ, took his 27th career ASCS Canyon Region from the pole position by winning Saturday night’s 30-lap main event in southern California after winning both his heat and qualifying race earlier in the evening.

    R.J. Johnson Racks Up ASCS Canyon Win at Aztec!
    AZTEC, N.M. (July 3, 2010) – Phoenix shoe R.J. Johnson turned the tables on reigning series champion Charles Davis, Jr., by racing to victory lane in Saturday night’s 30-lap American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region main event at Aztec Speedway.

    After chasing Davis, Jr., to the stripe on Friday night, Johnson took the top spot on Saturday night for the second time this year in the Mountain Valley Performance Ford-powered Michael Brothers No. 77m Sherman-chassis.

    Davis Takes ASCS Canyon Win at Aztec
    AZTEC, N.M. (July 2, 2010) – A new venue for the American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region netted a familiar result with reigning series champion Charles Davis, Jr., topping Friday night’s 30-lap feature event at Aztec Speedway.

    Davis took advantage of his pole starting position aboard the Roush Yates Ford-powered Massey Motorsports No. 50, racing to his fifth series win of the year in the opening night of the two-night wingless ASCS Canyon debut at Aztec.

    Charles in Charge at USA!
    TUCSON, Ariz. (June 26, 2010) – Charles Davis, Jr., bolstered his American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region points lead by snaring his fourth series victory of the season in Saturday night’s 30-lap main event at USA Raceway.

    After assuming command in the final rounds, Davis, Jr., held off two-time series champ Jeremy Sherman in traffic to secure the win aboard the Roush Yates Ford-powered Massey Motorsports No. 50 entry.

    PEORIA, Ariz. (June 12, 2010) – R.J. Johnson picked off his first American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region win of the year by topping Saturday night’s 30-lap main event at Canyon Speedway Park.

    Johnson made the most of his front row outside starting position by capturing his third career wingless ASCS Canyon Region aboard the Mountain Valley Performance Ford powered Michael Brothers Racing Mammoth Sound No. 77m Sherman-chassis.

    Martin Works His Magic at The PAS!
    PERRIS, Cal. (May 22, 2010) – Yuma, Arizona’s Mike Martin worked his own special brand of magic to reach victory lane in the first American Sprint Car Series main event held in the State of California by topping Saturday night’s 30-lapper at the Perris Auto Speedway.

    “The Magic Man” made the most of his pole starting position by racing to his first career wingless ASCS Canyon Region triumph aboard the Shaver-powered Ultimate Off Road/Mattco Painting No. 16 Maxim, collecting $2,200 that included a $200 bonus as the top finishing Arizona entry.

    Driver Profiles for 2010!
    A reminder to all drivers who are planning on participating with the Lucas Oil ASCS Sprint Car Dirt Series presented by K&N Filters in 2010, we need your new or updated profile information for the website.

    After we receive your information and you have become a member for 2010, your profile will be added to the Website's "Driver Profile" page for all to view throughout the season. It will also include your race-by-race stats for the 2010 race season, as well as results from previous seasons.

    2010 Member Registration Forms Available
    TULSA, Okla. (January 28, 2010) – Another action-packed year of American Sprint Car Series competition is just around the corner. And with that, 2010 Driver Registration forms are now available at www.ascsracing.com.

    Drivers planning on competing with the American Sprint Car Series in 2010 can register for just $150.

    Drivers do not have to be ASCS members to compete in ASCS sanctioned events, however drivers must be members to be eligible for contingency awards and year-end point fund monies and to be covered under the series' insurance policy.

    Crew members may join as well for just $100. Membership for drivers and crew members also assures a pit pass price of no more than $30 at any Lucas Oil Sprint Car Series presented by K&N Filters event or any ASCS Regional event.
