| Howland Handles ASCS Patriots Again in 2009 |

TULSA, Okla. (December 26, 2009) - Twenty-one-year-old Bryan Howland picked off his third career Lucas Oil ASCS Patriots championship by racing to the 2009 title.
Embroiled in a fierce battle with Jared Zimbardi much of the way, "Flyin' Bryan" slipped away to take the title by a 149-point margin after the duo swapped the top spot repeatedly over the mid-portion of the season. |

RUSH, N.Y. (November 15, 2009)- In what turned out to be a banner year for the Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Region, Bryan Howland was able to repeat as series champion and was able to take home nearly double the money he did last year. Over 100 people were in attendance at the Wildwood Country Club in Rush, NY to see Bryan Howland take the Lion’s share of the $30,000 cash point fund paid out with the support of Lucas Oil, A-Verdi Storage Containers, Insinger Race Fuels, Hoosier Tire Canada, PJ Motorsports and Riverside Bar and Grill.

| Styres Scores at Brockville |
BROCKVILLE, Ont. (October 17, 2009)- On an afternoon when temperatures approached freezing, power in the area was out and daylight was becoming an issue, Glenn Styres kept a talented field at bay and drove to arguably the largest win in his illustrious career. Styres, of Ohsweken, Ontario, captured the 3rd Annual “Battle at the Border” on a brisk afternoon at Brockville Ontario Speedway along the 1000 Islands. Not only was the Ohsweken Speedway No. 0 set up right for the feature, he also caught a bit of luck along the way.

| Shane Stewart Wins Canadian Sprint Car Nationals |
OHSWEKEN, Ontario (September 19, 2009) – One of the main questions heading into the Fifth Annual Arrow Express Canadian Sprint Car Nationals weekend centred around the mystery driver of Tim Norman and Joe Gaerte’s #3g entry.
When the final checkered flag flew on Saturday night, everyone knew who was behind the wheel of the “1.0” chassis built by Norman and Gaerte, as Shane Stewart captured the $9,000 winner’s cheque.
Stewart took the lead from Tim Kelly on lap seven of the thirty lap A-Feature, and raced through slower traffic to seal the victory over hard-charging Chuck Hebing and ’08 Nationals winner Wayne Johnson.

| Howland Cleans Up at Erie |
ERIE, Pa. (September 6, 2009) - When Bryan Howland won his heat to qualify for the feature, he knew he had locked up the 2009 Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Title; with points no longer a worry, he focused in on going for the win and came through with a wire-to-wire win.
Howland, of Auburn, NY, celebrated his record-breaking third Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Championship in style Sunday Night at Eriez Speedway as he held off some intense challenges from Bubba Broderick and Trevor Lewis for his fifth win of the year. Along the way Howland would collect $2,009 in the final points race of the season also capture the King of OH/PA $heriez point title.
Howland has never found immense success at Eriez Speedway, but on another glorious night for racing he drew well, ran well and finished the job as Bubba Broderick stalked him for all 25 laps.

| Trevor Lewis Tackles ASCS Patriots at Sharon |
HARTFORD, Ohio (September 5, 2009) - Back in May, Trevor Lewis had to start 19th at Sharon and charged up to second place; so when he had the task of starting in eighth via the redraw, he had no problem of getting to the lead and staying there. Lewis, of Upper Black Eddy, PA, picked up his fifth win of the year with the Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Region on Saturday at Sharon Speedway, making two September’s in a row he has won at the Eastern Ohio Dirt Track Gem. The win would also earn him bonus money for winning multiple events in the Holiday Weekend Bonus $heriez.

| Collard Captures First Win in Sunday Patriot Main |
PORT COLBORNE, Ont. (August 30, 2009)- Most of the Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Teams in the pits knew that being effective on the bottom would be the key to winning on Sunday at Humberstone, but only Jamie Collard was able to perfect the low line as he scored his first career sprint car win. Collard, of Buford, Ontario, took the lead from two-time Patriot Champion Chuck Hebing on lap six and ran off and hid in lapped traffic to win the non-stop 25-lap Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot A-main at Humberstone Speedway.
Collard took the checkered flag in front of Bryan Howland, Chuck Hebing, Bubba Broderick and Chuck Hebing.

| Howland Superb at Stateline |
BUSTI, NY (August 29, 2009)- Bryan Howland and his team weren’t sure on their setup heading in to the feature event at Stateline, but after 25-laps it was clear that their final decision was the correct one. Howland, the defending Lucas Oil ASCS Patriot Champion and current series point leader from Auburn, NY, scored his fourth win of the season in convincing fashion, leading all but the opening lap en route to his second career win at the 1/3-mile oval south of Jamestown.

| 2010 Member Registration Forms Available |
TULSA, Okla. (January 28, 2010) – Another action-packed year of American Sprint Car Series competition is just around the corner. And with that, 2010 Driver Registration forms are now available at www.ascsracing.com.
Drivers planning on competing with the American Sprint Car Series in 2010 can register for just $150.
Drivers do not have to be ASCS members to compete in ASCS sanctioned events, however drivers must be members to be eligible for contingency awards and year-end point fund monies and to be covered under the series' insurance policy.
Crew members may join as well for just $100. Membership for drivers and crew members also assures a pit pass price of no more than $30 at any Lucas Oil Sprint Car Series presented by K&N Filters event or any ASCS Regional event.
