Jared takes aim at the top rung of the Lucas Oil ASCS Patriots ladder in 2010 after settling for runner-up honors in the final rundown in each of the previous three seasons.

Jared has ranked among the top ASCS Patriot contenders by finishing among the top-ten six times in the past seven years, with rankings of sixth (2003), fifth (2005) and sixth (2006) preceding his 2007 breakthrough season in which he shot up to second in points.

”The Juice” broke through in a big way in 2007, capturing his first career ASCS Patriot win and challenging for the title all the way before settling for a solid runner-up ranking when the season's final checkered flag flew.

The 2005 Gater Hard Charger Award winner broke into ASCS Patriot victory lane for the first time at Pennsylvania's Eriez Speedway on June 17, 2007. Twelve days later, Jared made it two Patriot wins in a row with a Ransomville score and then later added a third win with a Black Rock Speedway score in August.

Jared added his fourth career ASCS Patriot feature win with a Stateline Speedway triumph in Jamestown, NY, last June as he battled tooth-and-nail with Bryan Howland once again before ultimately settling for runner-up honors at season’s end.

With another dozen top-fives and sixteen top-tens en route to 2009 runner-up honors, the 23-year-old's career ASCS Patriot numbers are already gaudy with 103 feature starts, four wins, 40 top-fives and 74 top-tens.
