Bio Notes and Stats: After a solid ASCS Sooner runner-up season in 2010 along with Newcomer of the Year on the National scene, the three-time National Ľ-midget champion is set to contend for Brodix Rookie of the Year honors with the Lucas Oil Sprint Car Series presented by K&N Filters in 2010.

After ranking fourth in 2008 Sooner points, Matt missed out on the 2009 title by just 32 points, also mixing in just enough National action to narrowly take Newcomer honors.

A ninth-place finisher in last year’s Steve King Memorial preliminary feature at the Jetmore Motorplex, Matt took advantage of an off weekend to capture his first career Sprint Car feature win in weekly action at Knoxville Raceway on May 2.
