Bio Notes and Stats: The “Iron Man” of the ASCS Patriots, Don ranked third in points last year for the third time in the past four seasons after finishing out the 2008 season ninth in points. Don has been among the ASCS Patriot top ten for six consecutive years now.

A fixture with the Patriots since the series' inception in 2003, Don competed in his 100th consecutive series event at Eriez Speedway on June 22, 2008, before his streak finally ended at 102 when a crash on the opening night of Ohsweken's ASCS Northern Nationals forced a July 5 absence.

A winner of 13 feature events in other divisions, Don has been tantalizingly close to his first ASCS Patriots triumph with runner-up showings at Woodhull Raceway (9/1/07) and Eriez (5/25/08).

Don continues his pursuit of a first ASCS Patriot win as he vies for the series title once again in 2010.
